I would like to facilitate a Think Tank to speak on the subject of 'Women in Technology' Where women can share their experiences as women in technology. I will have questions prepared to get the ball rolling. If there are barriers, how can we change that? What needs to be done? How can women & men help smash those barriers, if any? How has the technology field changed over the years? We may not see barriers first hand, but we can help those who may still run into them because of their gender. ( 50 minute discussion )
