About me
As the Coordinator of Technical Support and Intern Development I oversee the districts techs, helpdesk and interns. I manage tickets, help with technology projects and oversee the purchase of about 6,000 devices a year. I try to take a classroom first approach when it comes to technology and how does it support our staff and students even when it's not the easy option. While I tend to spend most of my time in meetings and at my desk these days, I enjoy getting out in the schools and helping with equipment repairs and testing out new devices.
